Cautionary Deposit
In making a booking, a cautionary deposit of £250 - payable no less than seven days before the beginning of your stay - is required against any breakage, loss or damage, caused by you or any member of your party. If the property is left in an acceptable condition you agree to indemnify us in full for any loss or extra cleaning expense that we may incur as a result.
The property will be assessed after your stay and if no loss or damage is discovered, or excessive cleaning required, we will provide you with a full refund of the cautionary deposit. Otherwise, if any loss or damage is discovered then you will be informed of the amount to be deducted from the cautionary deposit.
If the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing any loss or damage to the property or contents exceeds the cautionary deposit, we will invoice you and charge your credit or debit card.
The cautionary deposit must be paid one week before check-in time. If your check-in time is between the last Friday in December and the first Friday in January, the cautionary deposit will be due no later than the 18th December.
